Cancellation Policy

Program Details This is a 12-week program with 1 class per week or two classes per week option, held on the selected day. Each class runs approximately 50 minutes and is held at Center Courts. Payment Policy Payment is due monthly, at the beginning of each month, for the scheduled classes in that month. Payments are non-refundable, including for missed classes. If a class is missed, participants may attend a make-up class on an alternate day, subject to availability. Cancellations & Withdrawals To withdraw from the program, we require a 14-day written notice. If you do not provide a 14-day notice, the next month’s payment will still be due. Attendance Policy Parents may request a make-up session, which must be scheduled in advance and based on class availability. Class Cancellation or Rescheduling If a class must be cancelled by LevelUp Pom & Cheer (due to weather, instructor emergency, etc.), we will notify parents via email and/or text as soon as possible. A make-up session will be scheduled to replace any cancelled class. Enrollment Minimum Each class requires a minimum of 5 enrolled students to be held. If your selected class day does not meet the minimum, we will reach out with options to move your child to another available day. Parent Communication All updates and announcements will be sent via email and/or text. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and up to date. What to Wear Students should wear a T-shirt and shorts or a leotard (no midriffs showing). No jewelry, chewing gum, or large hair accessories allowed. Hair must be pulled back neatly and securely off the face. Appropriate footwear only. No sandals or open-toed shoes. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. Please leave valuables at home. Arrival & Pickup Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class (no earlier). Pick up your child promptly at the end of class. A late fee of $1 per minute may be charged after a 10-minute grace period. Children must be escorted to and from the building by a parent/guardian. Students will not be allowed to walk to cars unaccompanied. Please drive slowly and carefully in the parking lot—young children may be present.
